As a child, I remember being inspired to copy comics like peanuts and in my early teens, I painted Bob Ross style landscape paintings. Creative expression has guided my life in many ways, leading me to pursue a career as a hairstylist and taking up flamenco dancing which I committed to fiercely for almost 15 years, but I have always felt that painting was my destiny.

 

I had a desire to paint portraiture and capture the essence of a soul. In addition to that I’ve found that working in clay can speak to me as well! 
my journey of study took me from Portland to the big island of Hawai’i and back to Portland. I will always love the Oregon coast and the creative vibe here!
